- 20 L tea urn (gas‑bottle heated), 2×5 L hot/cold water flasks
- Tables & Seating – Round tables: 5×6 ft (8–10 guests), 5×5 ft (6–8), 3×5.5 ft (7–9)
- Top table seating 8
- 150 mixed wooden chairs
- Outdoor garden furniture – picnic benches, sun shades, gazebo
- Festoon lighting, 2 large chandelier lights, glitter ball, laser light 2 tear‑hemp‑rope fences ‑ around pond/boundaries (with posts)

The venue is such a large space that there is no need to hire a marquee, even if our English weather lets us down, all the guests can comfortably socialise under the one roof.
